My sketchbook updates have been scarce lately because I have not been sketching!  Shame on me! 
I promise to do more this month and you can be sure their will be more border collies - kind of obsessed right now

A Peek into my Sketchbook - vacation sketching

Going on vacation this summer?  Take along your sketchbook!!  I love Instagram and my iphone camera as much as the next gal but nothing compares to slowing down and really taking in a view like drawing or painting in a sketchbook.  Less of a commitment than setting up an easel and paints for a plein air session, whipping out a drawing in a sketchbook has a charm all it's own.
