Fresh Air Friday - puppy update

Here is your puppy update:
 It's fresh air everyday with this little guy in our lives!  Rhody is keeping us all so busy and we love it!!
Smart as a whip, sweet and funny. 

Happy October, fresh air friday

October.  Sweet October.  The trees get all the credit for this gorgeous month but for me it is all about the marshes.  The subtle color in those grasses, thats the stuff I love.
It's fresh air friday and even though its rainy, it is time to get out there and soak up color!

Spring is Here - sort of.

 nfdp.  This is what the first day of spring looks like here in Little Rhody.

Two weeks ago the snow covered this plant stand! Dang we had a lot of snow.

 All set now.
 The subtle colors of winter that inspired me 2 months ago are not really doing it  anymore.  I'm craving some green and the smell of dirt!  Come on Mother Nature you can do it!

 More snow tonight!  We are so excited.

Fresh Air Friday, beach mandalas

As the great melt down of 2015 takes place at home, I took the little dog - who can't/won't walk in 2 ft. of snow,slush and puddles to the beach .  39 degrees and sunny.  Heaven.  We made some mandalas to celebrate

Fresh Air Friday - The Nature Trail at Patriot Place

Did you know there is a nature walk at Patriot Place in Foxboro?  Well there is - and its a nice little half mile jaunt around a cranberry bog.. Park your car in the lot to the right of the Bass Pro Shop. Walk too short?  you can walk another mile or so to the Pro Shop and pick up some fresh gear for the big game.  GO PATS!

Fresh Air Friday - color inspiration

Field Trip Friday has morphed into Fresh Air Friday for 2015.  It's important to recharge the battery and nothing does that better than a good old fashioned walk outside.
Go get it.
  Look for these colors - the colors of winter beach walks -  to show up in my new paintings. I can't get enough of them!
