6x6" oilsee that little gray dot on the horizon line? its from my camera and I cant figure out how to get rid of it!!

Could that little gray dot be on the mirror on the inside of camera? Some camera shops will blow dust out of the inside of camera at no charge. Also there is a way to clean the sensors with a button somewhere on the camera, I think??
This is a fabulous painting which happened to show up under today's post. I love it.
Grrrrrrr....dust inside the camera.....
